iQor is a large outsourcing company. iQor employs over 30,000 people around the world. Call centers are a large portion of iQor’s business. iQor operates about 50 call centers around the world (with most operations in North America, Europe and Asia). iQor call centers provide outsourced services in a wide variety of areas, including customer service, sales, technical support and other types of support services. Because iQor is such a large company with a wide and diverse set of services, iQor should provide excellent career opportunities for call center agents. iQor also claims to embrace diversity and inclusion.
iQor Work from Home Jobs
iQor has a large number of remote positions including permanent work from home jobs. iQor uses a call center platform they refer to as the “FleCX Virtual Platform” that they claim allows remote employees to do their best work from home offices. The company prominently features work-at-home as a value added for their employees and iQor clients. For example, iQor claims that “happy, skilled customer support experts scale easily and securely to work-at-home environments.” iQor also has embraced a blended model where remote agents work in conjunction with agents that are located in a physical call center. The company claims that their agents working from home have the same exact experience as those working from within the call center. One case study on the iQor.com website claims that they launched a campaign with 18,000 remote customer service agents in 19 days. This shows the scale and reach of iQor.

A recent search showed at least 18 open positions that are specifically remote work call center agent positions ranging from entry level customer service agent positions to senior agent customer service positions.
The entry level customer service agent positions generally require some limited experience in customer service (such as at a retail location or in a call center environment). One example job position uses the following summary:
“We are searching for a polite, professional Customer Service Call Center Agents to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone. The Customer Service Call Center Agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. Customer Service Call Center Agents will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all inquiries and provide an accurate and efficient response.”
It is unclear whether iQor provides free equipment for these work from home positions.
